5. Dostawa

5.1. Dostawa produktu do Klienta jest odpłatna, chyba że w ofercie Sklepu lub podczas składania zamówienia wskazano inaczej. Koszt dostawy jest podawany Klientowi przed złożeniem zamówienia.

5.2. Zamówione produkty są dostarczane za pośrednictwem dostępnych w Sklepie form dostawy, w szczególności za pośrednictwem firm kurierskich, Paczkomatów InPost, punktów DPD Pickup lub Poczty Polskiej, zgodnie z wyborem Klienta dokonanym podczas składania zamówienia.

5.3. Dostawa zamówionych produktów może być realizowana na adres wskazany przez Klienta w formularzu zamówienia lub do wybranego punktu odbioru, jeżeli dana forma dostawy umożliwia taką opcję.

5.4. Dostawy na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej realizowane są zgodnie z aktualnymi opcjami i cenami dostępnymi w Sklepie.

5.5. W przypadku dostawy poza granice Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej koszt przesyłki jest ustalany na podstawie kraju docelowego, gabarytów oraz wybranej formy dostawy. Jeżeli dany kraj jest dostępny w systemie Sklepu, koszt dostawy zostanie wskazany podczas składania zamówienia. Jeżeli wybranego kraju nie ma na liście dostępnych krajów dostawy, Klient powinien skontaktować się ze Sklepem drogą elektroniczną w celu ustalenia możliwości realizacji dostawy oraz jej kosztu.

5.6. Czas realizacji zamówienia wynosi zazwyczaj od 2 do 7 dni roboczych, licząc od dnia złożenia zamówienia, chyba że w opisie konkretnego produktu lub podczas składania zamówienia podano inny termin.

5.7. W przypadku zamówień obejmujących produkty wykonywane na indywidualne zamówienie lub produkty, przy których podano inny termin realizacji, obowiązuje termin wskazany przy danym produkcie lub uzgodniony z Klientem.

5.8. Aktualne koszty dostawy na terenie Polski:

5.9. Darmowa dostawa na terenie Polski przysługuje przy zamówieniach o wartości powyżej 300 zł, chyba że przy danym zamówieniu lub produkcie wskazano inaczej.

5.10. W przypadku przesyłek zagranicznych obowiązują koszty dostawy wskazane podczas składania zamówienia lub ustalone indywidualnie ze Sklepem.

5.11. Po otrzymaniu przesyłki Klient powinien, w miarę możliwości, sprawdzić jej stan. W przypadku stwierdzenia widocznych uszkodzeń przesyłki powstałych podczas transportu zaleca się, w miarę możliwości, sporządzenie protokołu szkody w obecności dostawcy. Sporządzenie takiego protokołu może ułatwić późniejsze wyjaśnienie okoliczności uszkodzenia przesyłki.

5.12. Brak sprawdzenia przesyłki przy odbiorze lub brak sporządzenia protokołu szkody nie ogranicza praw Klienta wynikających z obowiązujących przepisów prawa.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery of the product to the Customer is subject to a fee, unless otherwise stated in the Store's offer or during the ordering process. The delivery cost is provided to the Customer before the order is placed.

5.2. Ordered products are delivered using the delivery methods available in the Store, in particular via courier companies, InPost Parcel Lockers, DPD Pickup points or Poczta Polska, according to the method selected by the Customer when placing the order.

5.3. Ordered products may be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form or to a selected collection point, provided that the chosen delivery method offers such an option.

5.4. Deliveries within the territory of the Republic of Poland are carried out in accordance with the current delivery options and prices available in the Store.

5.5. For deliveries outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, the shipping cost is determined based on the destination country, parcel dimensions and the selected delivery method. If the relevant country is available in the Store's ordering system, the delivery cost will be displayed during the ordering process. If the selected country is not included in the list of available delivery destinations, the Customer should contact the Store electronically in order to determine whether delivery is possible and what its cost will be.

5.6. The usual order processing time is 2 to 7 business days, calculated from the date the order is placed, unless a different processing time is specified in the description of a particular product or during the ordering process.

5.7. For orders including products made to individual order or products for which a different processing time has been specified, the applicable deadline is the one indicated for the relevant product or agreed individually with the Customer.

5.8. Current delivery costs within Poland:

5.9. Free delivery within Poland is available for orders with a value of more than PLN 300, unless otherwise specified for a particular order or product.

5.10. For international shipments, the delivery costs indicated during the ordering process or agreed individually with the Store shall apply.

5.11. Upon receiving the shipment, the Customer should, where possible, check its condition. If visible damage to the shipment caused during transport is found, it is recommended, where possible, to prepare a damage report in the presence of the delivery provider. Preparing such a report may facilitate the subsequent clarification of the circumstances of the shipment damage.

5.12. Failure to inspect the shipment upon delivery or failure to prepare a damage report does not limit the Customer's rights under applicable law.
